Refund Policy

We have a 14 day refund policy that covers defective items or items damaged in transit. The 14 days is considered after delivery of the order.

Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at Lampporium Lighting within 14 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged items. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will provide a full refund for your item purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Lampporium Lighting ships to the address entered for every order. Upon inquiry, SolutionPro will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
